Currently my client is looking for RAN Core Technical Support Engineers

Location: Eastern Europe
Duration: 3 months extendable

Job Definition:

Carries out highest level technical support skills per technology
Supports / execution of Fault Management function
Supports / execution Performance Management function
Supports / execution Configuration Management function
Collaborates with others to resolve complex matters
Takes part in 24x7 (Call-out) for technical support
Supports planning and execution of complex network HW/SW upgrades
Investigations major outages
Supports report writing as required by management
Provides OJT competence transfer applicable to own area of expertise
Interfaces with Vendor engineers on escalated technical matters
Makes routine maintenance checks, takes follow up actions and documents
Support PM with report analysis and formulae writing
