Currently my client is looking for NOC / OMC Engineer
Location-Eastern Europe
Duration-3 months extendable
Job Definition:
Support during Alarm Monitoring / Fault Localization / Correction / Verification
Fault Management process improvement / Operational FM quality improvement
Provides OJT to NOC Monitoring Team (1 day a week if needed)
NOC Team coaching and support
Liaison for escalated NOC matters
Ensures Network Configuration integrity
Outage Reporting and management of follow-up actions
Remote Corrective Maintenance (centralized routines)
Liaises with subcontractors and 3rd parties to resolve faults (SubCon FLM)
Reviews TT reports against SLA/OLA and recommends follow up actions
Provides Major service outage investigations and follow up
Ensures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in maintenance window
Supports change management procedure reviews
Liaises with other service providers regarding network outages
