Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related discipline.


Skill Set:

• Must have experience in writing technical documents such as operation policies and procedures or user manuals, software or hardware manuals, technical proposals, in a Telecommunication or IT organization.
• Must be a native English language speaker with great communication skills
• Verbal and written, knowledge of Arabic is an extreme advantage.

Years of Experience Required:

• Minimum five years

JOB DESCRIPTIONS 

Key Responsibilities
• To work with the PMO and the various client departments to document the new public safety radio networks processes, policies, and operation procedures.

Responsibilities:
• To have accurate detailed on-line as well as hard copy documentation of all activities, tasks, operations performed by the client agencies using the new networks.
• Reviewing, editing and proof reading client documents.
• To publish and maintain Documents produced on the client’s LAN.
• Mentoring and skill transfer to client’s staff.
