Fantastic opportunity available within a leading mobile telecommunications looking to recruit a Ericsson RAN 1st Line Support Engineer. The role will be responsible for ensuring network performance is always at a maximum, in accordance with the SLA's and KPI's and as such ensuring a good customer experience. Ideal candidates will come from a strong background of 1st/2nd Line support of Ericsson RAN Networks. Candidates will also need to have come from a 3G environment.
