We are now expanding our operations and are looking to recruit an experienced BSC/RNC Engineer.
Location: Norway

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of GSM/3G network equipment.
• Perform software commissioning of wireless network elements and integration with related network elements.
• Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process.
• Interface with third party to locate technical problems that may arise during the integration.
• On-site maintenance support in case of major or critical problems that cannot be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA.
• Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and continuous tracking of these problems during the whole resolution process.
• Provide technical solution planning and hands-on support on GSM/3G.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics, or telecommunication engineering.
• Prior knowledge in the following telecommunication technologies such as GSM, UMTS, BTS, and BSC.
• Proficiency in English language and good writing skills are essential.
• International experience and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team.
• Scandinavian language is a must.
• Able to work in fast pace working environment.
