Tangent international are currently seeking a Network Design and
optimisation Engineer for a 12 month contract based in Saudi Arabia.

Candidate Requires:

Nokia equipment (Flexi / Ultra) experience
- Min 3 Years Experience on 3G Optimization
- Good knowledge / experience on 3G parameters
- Good knowledge / experience on 3G KPIs
- Good knowledge / experience on HSDPA/HSUPA
- Good knowledge / experience on 3G Features
- Good knowledge on ATM
- Hands on experience on Nokia OSS and NSN KPI reporting tools
- Hands on experience on Post Processing Tools
- RAS06 Experience is must and RU10 experience is preferred
