(Ericsson RF Optimization Engineer): Penta Consulting urgently requires an RF Optimization engineer with excellent 3G experience to work on a project based in Ghana. You will be studying the statistics related to the radio network on a regular basis to identify problems and you will also interface with customer on radio network related issues and find out suitable solutions. You will need to assist with drive tests needed during implementation of new SW releases and correction packages

You will also be responsible for:
Radio KPI improvements as per the contractual targets.
Introduction of new features in the customer's radio network.
Network statistics handling and analysis
