Job Description & additional information:

For the Managed Services deal at Wataniya we are looking for an Experienced Service Layer engineer to handle activities listed below:
Troubleshooting
Fault Escalation
CSR handling
Interface with ELS
SW rollout support for related nodes
SW Level Consistency checks
Software Testing and Roll out
Sanity checking
New feature testing and implementation
Adherence to Processes

Our expectation is to find candidates who are willing work in at Wataniya with valid Ericsson experience for one year period covering at least 4-5 Ericsson products/solutions as follows:
MMS
MMS Web Composer
ADC
MIEP
EMO
MoIP
EMM
OMM
EMA
