Requirements:

Experience 8+ 

Customer projects experience in BSS/OSS/SDM domain as a technical architect, project lead with following professional competencies
- IT/Telco network architecture expertise and understanding
- Technical subject matter expertise on solution area in question
- Experience of at least one of CSI portfolio areas: System integration, Security, Applications Integration, Software development, SW Project Management
- Customer relationship skills
- Capability Development skills
- Networking and multi cultural understanding

Mandatory Skills for OSS:

•Protocols: Corba, SNMP, Q3, SOAP / HTTP.

Telecom Domains: fixed line, wireless (GSM / UMTS), FMC / IMS, Femto

•Solution Domain Areas:–Service Fulfillment : Order Management, Service Management and Provisioning, Device Management , Inventory Management

–Service Assurance : Umbrella Management, IP Service Assurance, Trouble Ticketing, Customer Experience Management.

•COTS Experience

•Java Technologies: JEE, Web Technologies, J2EE (and design patterns), JBoss.

Desirable Skills:
•Telecom/ IT Standards : OSS/J, ITIL, NGOSS – e-TOM, SID, MTOSI.
