SENIOR MANAGER/ DY GENERAL MANAGER – 3G
FOCUSSING ON 3G RF PLANNING & OPTIMIZATION OF NORTH INDIA
Position based at NCR, INDIA
KEY RESPONSIBILITY IS TO TAKE CARE OF NORTH INDIA: 3G (WCDMA), WIMAX AND HSPA::
* PLANNING
* DEPLOYMENT
* PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION
IN AN EFFICIENT AND ECONOMIC MANNER.
Responsibilities include:
* RF Planning, Scheduling & Optimization of 3G Network
* Radio Network Deployment: As per Technical & Spectral Guidelines
* Traffic/Capacity and Coverage analysis and planning for the network growth.
* Deploying Structure for 3G Network Performance Optimization and Evaluation
* Maximizing Spectral Efficiency: Ensuring all techniques related to spectral efficiency are deployed optimally in radio network to maximize spectral efficiency.
* Performance Management including setting up KPI and MIS reporting
* Vendor Management
* Timely Roll Out of Efficient 3G Network
* Pilot deployment of new products/features available with various vendors from time to time and assist in vendor evaluations.
* Delivering best practices in the 3G Network Domain.
All other functions which go with this level of assignment.
