SENIOR SECURITY SUPPORT ENGINEER
The Senior Security Engineer will be responsible to provide engineering support in Professional Services environment including the design of internal projects, support the operation team during implementation and assist the support team during troubleshooting, problem solving mainly around the Juniper SSL VPN technology. French, Dutch & English speaking will be required for this role.
Main duties
" Understand customer requirements (technical's and business)
" Work with the customer to define projects designs (provide recommendations)
" Write implementation roadmap's (which will be used by the operation team during the
" configuration phase)
" Support the operation team during migrations and configurations
" Participate in solving technical issues in collaboration with the support team
" Maintain, update customer documentation
" Maintain customer lab

" Juniper SSL VPN

o CheckPoint Provider - 1
o CheckPoint VSX
o Bluecoat
o RSA Authentication Manager
o Cisco ACS
o F5 BigIP (optional)
