Helpdesk Analyst URGENTLY required by leading healthcare client located in Surrey for a 12 month contract.
You must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, XP, Exchange, Active Directory, SMS and LDAP and ideally a working knowledge of Unix (Batch files and basic scripting).
You will provide 1st line support for all IT systems, including desktops, laptops, telephone handsets, fax machines and printers and user training where required.
