Duration: One year Extendable Contract [Long Term]

Maintenance Plan
- Update quarterly PBC (Personal Business Commitment) with team leader.
- Follow up preventive maintenance plan
- Responsible to provide support to BO, Performance, FM dept.
- Attend, cooperating and following up new NE integration (PAT) with project department, including make checklist, arrange resource, alarm monitoring and etc
· 7x24 network monitoring
· Providing SPOC (Single point of contact) to STC
· Creation, dispatch, follow-up and closure of network trouble tickets
