Position : Head Vas Operations (with a leading mobile entertainment & vas company in the mvas eco system),
location : Delhi/Ncr (local candidates preferred),
experience : 6 - 9 years.

!! only candidates from mvas vendor companies providing managed services to operators shall apply !!

responsibilities ;

1.head the VAS operations as part of the managed services business of the client.

2.responsible for the P&L of the line of business

3.formulate and agree on deliverables with client

4.drive the operations towards successfully delivering the agreed KPIs

5.contribute to building the Business Intelligence for the account across customer segments and product mix

6.ensure reporting of the key performance indices on a mutually agreed frequency

7.track the business performance across all the accounts and ensure there are no slippages

8.monitor & track subscriber lifecycle, formulate and execute customer promotions to meet desired objectives.

9.grow the revenue worth of each account through working closely with BD to suggest and implement new and innovative solutions.

this shall have all the individual account managers reporting into the position.

reporting: Head – Managed Services

qualification: MBA
