Tangent International are currently seeking a 3G RF Planning Engineer for a
permanent position based in Kuwait.

Candidate Requires:

Minimum 4 years of Experience in RF Planning, out of which 2 years in 3G
planning.
Knowledge of GSM, 3GPP standards.
Knowledge of Ericsson and/or Nokia 2G BTSs/3G NodeBs.
Good knowledge of Aircom Asset3G radio planning tool, experienced with
preparing Composite coverage maps, Interference maps, AFP.
Knowledge of Capacity planning, Link Budget calculation for 2G and 3G radio
elements.
Experience with TEMS measurement tool.
Good experience with MapInfo.
Good knowledge of MS office applications like Excel, Word.
Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills
Knowledge of MS office VBA programming.
