We have some urgent requirement for the following skills:

Position: 3G Transmission Experts
Location: India
Contract Duration: 1 year

Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:

The Expert should have a very strong 3G Transmission Background with handson experience in Planning/Designing/Optimization of 3G Mobile Access Networks and should have at some point of time worked on Nokia 3G N/W like the Nokia RNC/NodeBs.

The Expert should be very well conversant with the following :

-IuB Dimensioning, Planning,Datafill and Optimization for RNC, NodeB etc.
-Very Good Experience on Access Planning of RNC/NodeB on Hybrid (ATM + IP Backhaul) including RNC Planning itself (User Plane , Control Plane ,OAM etc.)
-Strong understanding of IP including Subnetting , VLANs etc.
-Handson Experience on NSN based RNC and NodeBs.
